Workshops

For 2010 there will be a number of shorter workshops (3 hours) and one day intensives.

They will all take place at the Quaker Meeting House in Bradford on Avon.

The 3 Hour workshops will run from 10.00am - 1.00pm will cost £20.

They will include a mix of hatha yoga, a talk and specific techniques relevant to the subject.

The One Day intensives will run from 10.00am - 6.00pm including lunch and refreshments and will cost £45.

They will include 2 asana classes, pranayama, meditation and relevant talks, workshops and discussion dependent on the workshop theme. A delicious Yogic lunch and refreshments will also be served.
